Hangnail Phillips is a musical idol of mine - and a friend. He has been a fixture in the Delaware musical circuit since there was one, he plays a million instruments, and his composition ranks up there with all of music’s greats… or at least that’s my opinion. Anyway, go listen to his stuff… it’s brilliant. That’s my story, and I’m sticking to it.
